CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

  • Develop and execute manufacturing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing department, drive lean manufacturing initiatives, continuous improvement and resource allocation.
  • Assists executive leadership with long-range operating goals, expansion efforts, operating budgets and implementation of new and advanced technology.
  • Reviews and implements the master production schedules, is a key contributor to its development, and confers with department supervisors to determine part status, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and monitors the WIP orders throughout the shop floor process.
  • Identify areas of improvement for efficiencies and establish goals and objectives to ensure manufacturing is operating in an optimal capability.
  • Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes, in order to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
  • Experience creating and debugging oven reflow profiles, including vapor phase. Understanding the temperatures in both Fahrenheit & Celsius.
  • In-depth technical understanding of the engineering functions of electronic manufacturing services industry’s machinery mechanically, electrically and associated software.
  • Able to work directly with customer’s engineering group to improve designs and enhance processes.
  • Participate in in-process audits, AS and ISO internal audits, and customer audits
  • Monitor process quality and address non-conformances in real-time
  • Recommend production improvement opportunities based on real-time and historical quality data
  • Knowledge in areas of RF and Microwave Theory and Applications
  • Knowledge of Transmitters, Receivers, and Power Splitters

  • Familiar with Phase Noise, Attenuation, AGC Gain measurement techniques

  • Acts as an internal Microboard spokesperson for the customer, communicating requirements and needs to internal Microboard functional departs, including Sr. Management timely and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develops control systems and reports that accurately measure progress, identify potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action to be taken, and ensures the meeting of the company’s contract commitments.
  • Leads in the coordination of organic business/revenue growth through deployment of direct selling techniques as defined by sales and marketing.
