The MS4’s dual-camera vision system enables precise fiducial alignment, barcode reading, and serial number verification. This ensures every board marked at Microboard meets strict traceability standards, critical for compliance and long-term reliability.
With high-contrast, permanent marking, identifiers remain legible throughout the product lifecycle. The MS4 also features an inline conveyor with an optional board flipper, allowing for dual-sided marking without manual handling. This streamlines production and reduces process variation.
Ideal for high-mix, high-volume environments, the MS4 marks boards up to 20” x 20” and supports configurable data fields to accommodate serialized barcodes and customer-specific requirements. Its inline optical verification checks every mark for accuracy, verifying up to 50 boards in under 3 seconds.
To support fast changeovers, the MS4 can handle up to five label feeders, making it a flexible solution for dynamic production needs.
